The zipper on this skirt was defective. It does not zip up easily. I contacted support to get a replacement and was told to ask someone to help me zip it up. I had help zipping it up, but a generic skirt should not require the strength of two people to wear. To replace this item I was told to pay full price and I’d only get refunded the sale price. So I’d be losing money just for a replacement. Which is absurd because the “30% off sale” was not even a sale. This skirt was marked up and then labled as $64.68, when it was already $67.10 before the sale. A $3 difference, but it’s very dishonest to advertise the item on sale and demand I pay the price again. I am extremely disappointed as a first time buyer, and will not be making any purchases in the future.
