Where We Ship

We ship to most countries, and all our shipping methods include tracking. We have warehouses in different countries, and the shipping origin is determined by the destination address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. As a general guide:

- Small items (e.g., crop tops) typically cost $6 USD to ship.
- Larger items (e.g., sweatshirts) typically cost $12 USD to ship.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days (up to 5 business days during sales periods).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you don’t get this email, please check your spam folder.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA: Standard (10-15 business days), Premium (5-10 business days)
UK/DE/FR: Standard (5-10 business days)
China/HK: Standard (2-3 business days)
Japan/SG: Standard (5-10 business days)
Rest of the World: Standard (10-15 business days)

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will work with the shipping company and ultimately refund you or send a replacement package.

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- We will refund the item’s cost (excluding initial shipping fees) once we receive it.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, we cannot accept it and will return it to you at your expense.

How to Return

Before sending a return, please contact us to receive the nearest return address. We have return centers in multiple countries, including the US, Canada, France, UK, and Australia.

Final Sale Items

⚠️ Items purchased during SALES periods are FINAL SALE-no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Bikini tops and bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

The shipping dates for pre-orders are highlighted in bold within the product description. These dates provide accurate estimates of when the orders will be shipped, and we will ensure timely delivery as promised.

If you purchase a pre-order product along with an available product, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order product is ready. They will not be shipped separately. 

We collect taxes on orders shipped to the USA, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. In these cases, taxes are included in the price, so you will not be asked to pay any taxes upon delivery. If you are charged additional taxes by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately in order to handle the situation.

For all other countries, any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary by country, and we cannot estimate them in advance. If your order incurs any customs fees, the shipping carrier will collect them upon delivery. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring all import fees are paid. Please note that customs and import fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is refused.

We are strictly responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given.

If the shipping company is not able to ship to your door, the parcel may be routed to a near pick-up location. If you don’t pick it up within the provided timeframe, the parcel may be returned or destroyed. Only if the item is returned in a re-sellable condition, we can refund the item price minus the return fees that were charged by the shipping company.
